re:visions

we explored how composers transform stories, images, popular music and cultural traditions into orchestral music. The programme ranged from Delius and Prokofiev to Philip Glass, Mussorgsky and Gottschalk, bringing together film, visual art, Bowie, and Afro-Caribbean influences. The concert featured violin soloists David Ralak and Timothy Mututi.
